Straight Rye Whiskey

Available Winter 2011. Our Western-Style Rye Mash Whiskey is made from a 100% whole grain rye mash, pure mountain stream  water, twice distilled, and then aged to maturity in American white oak barrels. This whiskey is a throwback of American distilling culture that takes us back to its origins by using a grain that was dismissed after  Prohibition. Enjoy the return of this robust and spicy grain with a little western flair!
