RoughStock Sour

Stir (don’t shake) all ingredients in a tall glass with ice for about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add all ingredients to a coffee mug and top with hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Stir and enjoy.
Sip and enjoy!
* Honey syrup: combine equal parts honey and hot water and stir until well mixed. Let cool before using, and keep refrigerated.
Procedure
Using a wooden muddler or mixing spoon, muddle the fresh ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker until it is well mashed. Add the Montana Whiskey, lemon juice, and honey syrup, and shake well with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and pour the Islay/Highland scotch over the back of a bar spoon so that it floats atop the drink. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Sip and enjoy. A great summer refresher!
Bacon Infused RoughStock Corn Whiskey
1 bottle of RoughStock Corn Whiskey
1 package of smoked bacon
Fry up 4-12 pieces of bacon and pour the (slightly cooled) bacon fat in to a glass container and add 1 bottle of corn whiskey. Let it sit to taste, usually a matter of hours but up to 48 is recommended. Put it in the freezer until the bacon fat congeals and ladle the fat off the top. Strain (if necessary).
Mary Mix
In a large glass jar (a gallon size is best) mix together:
2 qts tomato juice or V8
1 cup Au jus or beef stock
1 tbs lemon Juice
1 heaping tbs Horseraddish
1/2 tbs montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tbs celery salt
1/2 tbs black pepper
Shake to mix.

Mix together
2 oz of corn whiskey
6 oz of Mary Mix
1/4 oz Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar Simple Syrup (if you like it sweet)
Garnish with pickled vegies, celery and bacon!! Enjoy!!
